I recently had a great first experience with Midland and their technician Jeff. I was looking for service for my Unico AC and they were listed with the most qualifications on Unico's website, so I decided to give them a try. I was able to set up the appointment very easily and in a reasonable timeframe by phone. Jeff - who had been with Midland for 10+ years - was very knowledgeable about the system and answered all my questions. He commented that he thought my system was perhaps slightly low on coolant, but didn't think it was worth "topping off" - I appreciated that. He felt that my system was in good shape and all set for summer. Thanks Midland team!

Andy arrived promptly, was friendly and courteous, and most importantly honest and straightforward with me about the repair. I have been price gouged at other companies, but he gave me an honest evaluation of the repair on my gas line, then set to work and finished the repair within an hour and at a price that was more than fair. So grateful to find an honest service.

Our furnace went out on coldest week of the year, Midland was able to get out next day and replace it.

After self cleaning the flame sensors - furnace failed to power up. Jake came and took quick look, realized based on error code that ground wire was the fault. Quickly repositioned the ground wire and rest is “warm house”. Thanks Jake and to Emily for squeezing us in today 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

I had an entire heat pump HVAC system plus I also install a new water heater with heat pump. They did a great job on all the systems and they did all the Miles of paperwork for rebates, etc. highly recommend them and would use them for any service going forward for maintenance and checkups

Our 50-year-old furnace went out and I did not hesitate to call Midland. They replaced it with a new, state-of-the-art Bryant furnace, AC, and heat pump. The installers were swift and clean, overseen by one of the owners. We could not be happier with the experience.

Last week my furnace would not start with freezing weather forecasted. I contacted Midland at 7:30 AM and they showed up the same day at a time that worked for me. The technician was knowledgeable and quickly restored heat. They sincerely had my best interest in mind. Highly recommend.
